aka Antennaria microphylla, Rosy Everlasting. The flower heads are reddish-pink to white and consist only of disk flowers with 3 - 20 heads in a tight cluster atop stems that reach 4" - 12" (10 - 30 cm) tall. Mat-forming the basal leaves, about 1" long, are spoon-shaped or broadly lance-shaped and are woolly on top and underneath.
